I only met June two times, however I remember both of these times very well. June stood out as a very funny and radiant person and I felt joy being around her, even if it was for just a brief time. I will continue to think warmly about June for the rest of my life.

We will surely miss our June, like our bright beacon!
I will surely miss my sister in Christ, and my dear friend. We shared many special times together, walking (taking our "black sedans", as her brother would say), and many years with Julio in tow, praying together, spending memorable times working, and with friends on Mt. Pleasant Road, and with our church family at Mt. Pleasant Road Baptist Church.
June spoke affectionately about her brothers and family out west and her deep love for her cousin Joanie, and although it was hard to let her go in Toronto, I was overjoyed when God blessed June and Allen and they were wed and moved out west to be closer to their families!
Although, it's more difficult still to say goodbye now, I have the assurance that June is in the loving presence of our Lord and Saviour.
I pray that you all may be blessed with hope and comfort from God, in your time of sorrow.
